This is a focused session, so to make the most of our time together, please come prepared with specific questions or areas where you need guidance. To ensure I can provide the most valuable insight during our call, please take the time to answer the booking form questions thoroughly. This will help me understand your most pressing concerns and allow us to maximize our time together. Let’s get clear on your next steps—schedule your discovery call today! Important Notes: ✅ Coaching Agreement Disclaimer – Before your scheduled session, please review the coaching agreement to understand the expectations and terms of service. The agreement can be viewed on the booking form page. 🔹 Please arrive on time to maximize our 15-minute session. Since time is limited, we’ll dive straight into key areas that will help you gain clarity and direction.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Complimentary Discovery Call At The MA Expert, we respect your time and ours. Please review our policy before booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in a $25 cancellation fee. There is a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 5 minutes, a $25 late fee will apply, and after 10 minutes, the session will be considered a No-Show, resulting in a $25 No-Show fee. Discovery calls are strictly limited to 15 minutes. If the session exceeds this time, you will be charged as follows: 30 minutes – $65, 45 minutes – $97.50, 1 hour – $130. A valid card is required at booking, and any fees owed will be automatically charged at the end of the session. If payment fails, an invoice will be sent to the email on file, and no future coaching services will be booked until the balance is cleared. By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
